General Operations

Submitted by Staff on Thu, 06/24/2010 - 01:37

Although our featured research projects are exciting undertakings, there are other, less glamorous but necessary things the Samprajña Institute must take care of in order to make research possible. These other necessary things are our general operations. General operations include the costs of our website, phone calls, internet connection, phone calls, rent, gas, parking, public transportation, air tickets, photocopying, faxes, postage, pencils, government fees, licenses, pens, pencils, translators, consultants, conference fees, etc.

In short, public policy research requires ample administrative effort and expense that is not always noticed. Your tax-deductible contribution to our general operations helps us better administer funds received for other projects, and that translates into more efficient use of resources for all our research efforts.

Your contribution is tax-deductible under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code, and it is greatly appreciated.
